ԱՇԽԱՏԱՆՔԻ ՆԿԱՐԱԳԻՐ

RWI is seeking candidates for a short-term (4 months) position as Junior Programme Associate at 50% (20 hours per week) at its office in Yerevan, Armenia. The Junior Programme Associate role is to provide administrative support to RWI’s activities to facilitate the efficient planning, implementation and follow-up of the programmes.
ՊԱՐՏԱԿԱՆՈւԹՅՈւՆՆԵՐ
: 
- Assist with logistical and administrative arrangements relating to the implementation of academic research and other activities, including: making travel arrangements; identifying and booking activity venues; communication with and necessary administrative support to resource persons, participants and partners; preparing, sourcing and ordering equipment and materials; collecting and filing activity documentation; and preparing and summarising information for reports;
- Maintain and file records of expenditure, process invoices and claims for payments and track payments relating to the carrying out of programme activities;
- Prepare mid-term and final information on programme expenditures;
- Assist with administrating office affairs, including in relation to maintenance, stationary and consumables.
ԱՆՀՐԱԺԵՇՏ ՈՐԱԿԱՎՈՐՈՒՄՆԵՐ
: 
- At least 1-2 years of experience of administrative and service-oriented work;
- Administrative, organisational and interpersonal skills;
- Supportive of a learning organisation with a strong willingness to share knowledge;
- Supportive and service-minded attitude as well as a high sense of responsibility and commitment with attention to detail;
- Fluency in Armenian and English languages;
- Cultural sensitivity.
